Apply in confidence →Join a dedicated Document Review and Collation (DRC) team within a well-established UK law firm to lead and manage high-volume data subject access request (DSAR) and document review workstreams. This is a client-facing, legally substantive role with clear scope for career development in legal operations and managed services.
The role covers end-to-end ownership of DSAR, eDiscovery and disclosure projects: scoping, delivery, quality control and client communication. You will apply legal judgment on disclosure, redaction, privilege and data-protection issues while using review platforms and workflow tools to improve consistency and efficiency.
There is significant opportunity to develop people-management and project-delivery skills by supervising reviewers, providing second‑level review, and contributing to business development for document-review and managed-legal-services engagements.
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent legal qualification/experience in document review, eDiscovery, legal operations or ALSP delivery
- Proven experience handling high‑volume DSAR caseloads, document review or eDiscovery projects
- Experience in second‑level review, quality control and supervising reviewers
- Strong judgment on disclosure, redaction, privilege, confidentiality and data‑protection exemptions
- Familiarity with document-review platforms (e.g. Relativity) and interest/experience with workflow or AI tools (e.g. Legora, Microsoft Copilot)
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams to tight deadlines and to liaise clearly with internal stakeholders and clients
