Join a large, growing employment team at a global firm as a Senior Associate based in Glasgow (hybrid). The role offers a broad workload including HR advisory, global projects, corporate/M&A support, restructurings, DEI work, investigations, senior exits and outsourcing, working regularly with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.

You will manage client relationships, contribute to business development and thought leadership, coach junior lawyers and take responsibility for delivery on complex matters. The team acts as a single UK practice across multiple offices and regularly advises multinational employers across a range of sectors.

Strong academic record and extensive knowledge of employment law.
Proven experience advising large businesses on employment-related matters, including transactional support.
Experience working on international or cross-border matters preferred.
Advanced drafting and legal research skills; able to work autonomously.
Demonstrable client management, business development and mentoring experience; ambition to progress to partnership level.
