Join a well-established Australian government and public law team advising Commonwealth clients on a broad range of administrative, regulatory and public law matters. The role offers regular advocacy work and exposure to judicial review and merits review in Federal Courts and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in litigation, with a strong grounding in administrative/public law.
Experience or demonstrable interest in merits review and judicial review matters.
Advocacy experience in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and/or Federal Courts preferred; candidates keen to develop advocacy skills will be considered.
Excellent written and oral advocacy, statutory interpretation and research skills.
