Senior Associate role in a leading UK healthcare litigation team, open to candidates based in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The team acts for indemnifiers, insurers, healthcare professionals, local authorities and third-sector organisations on clinical negligence, historical abuse and related professional discipline matters.

The role involves managing a mixed caseload of clinical negligence and abuse claims, regular client contact and working within a collaborative, supportive team in a modern, flexible environment. The team draws on litigation, regulatory and public inquiry experience and is expanding its capability in this area.

Qualified solicitor with 6+ years PQE (or equivalent).
Substantive litigation experience; personal injury experience is desirable.
Experience or interest in clinical negligence, abuse claims, professional discipline or product liability advantageous.
Confident communicator with ability to manage a mixed caseload and maintain client service standards and reporting.
A team player who adapts well to a fast-paced environment and handles complex legal issues.
