Exciting opportunity across multiple UK offices for solicitors at various levels (Solicitor through Legal Director) to join a busy healthcare team that handles clinical negligence and healthcare regulation matters. The team acts for a mix of NHS bodies, indemnifiers, private healthcare providers, clinicians and insurers.

Work involves a mix of pre‑litigation and defended claims, drafting pleadings and advice, court attendances, client relationship management and contributing to business development. Exact duties will be tailored to your experience, with scope for supervision, secondments and progression in a flexible working environment.

Qualified solicitor with clinical negligence (defendant) experience
Knowledge of CPR and strong claims‑handling experience
Excellent drafting, advocacy and communication skills
Strong technical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to manage caseloads, meet SLAs/KPIs and work independently or in teams
Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development
Good IT/computer literacy
