We are expanding our Regulatory Healthcare Advisory team and are looking for qualified solicitors with 4–10 years' PQE to manage inquest caseloads for a diverse range of healthcare clients, including NHS trusts, private healthcare providers, and care homes.

This role focuses on inquest work, including attending hearings and advocating at pre-inquest reviews and inquests, with scope to also contribute to broader healthcare regulatory matters such as Court of Protection applications, Mental Health Tribunals, CQC investigations, and advisory work on consent, confidentiality, capacity, and best interests.

Based primarily in London with some national travel, this position offers excellent development opportunities within a highly regarded team.

Essential: Qualified solicitor with 4–10 years' PQE
