Our specialist Court of Protection team is seeking an experienced solicitor to manage a busy and varied caseload in London. Working alongside our Court of Protection colleagues and the wider PIMN department across our UK office network, this role focuses on high-value, complex damages management for clients who have sustained life-changing catastrophic injuries. We also provide professional deputyship services to adults and children nationwide and advise individuals on personal injury trusts.

Key responsibilities include managing deputyship and personal injury trust matters under supervision, liaising sensitively with clients, families, and professionals, drafting Court of Protection applications and annual deputy reports, coordinating billing and cost assessments, and supporting business development initiatives.

Qualified solicitor with 0–4 years' PQE in an established Court of Protection department
Strong client focus and excellent communication skills
Proven organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Strong IT proficiency
Team player with enthusiasm and proactivity
