A national construction team is seeking an Associate to join its Projects, Development and Construction practice. The role sits across multiple UK offices and involves advising on construction contracts, project delivery and related disputes for a mix of private and public-sector clients.

The team handles a broad range of construction and development matters, including procurement advice, contract drafting and negotiation, project risk management and claims. The role offers regular client contact and the opportunity to work on complex, mid-to-large scale construction matters with an experienced team.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent) with relevant construction experience
Practical experience advising on construction contracts, procurement and project delivery
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; experience with dispute avoidance and claims is advantageous
Good commercial awareness, strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a project team
