Join our market-leading international Cyber and TMT Disputes practice, recognized as one of the most established cyber teams in the UK. Working within a wider Technology, Media and Telecoms group, you will handle some of the most significant and complex disputes in this area, spanning cyber incidents, data privacy litigation and contractual technology disputes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Pre-breach advisory work, including cyber simulations, incident response planning, training and related services.
End-to-end management of cyber security incidents, including leading crisis management calls, coordinating forensic and PR providers, managing regulatory notifications, and liaising with criminal authorities.
Handling regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, including appeals.
Managing cyber and privacy litigation, including group claims and representative actions, as well as B2B and B2C disputes.
Working on complex contractual technology disputes, including IT implementation, software licensing and outsourcing agreements.
Supporting business development efforts, including building relationships with clients and cyber insurers and representing the team at conferences.

This role is ideal for a driven litigator with hands-on cyber experience and an appetite for complex disputes at the highest level.

1-4 years' PQE with strong academics and a litigation background gained at a City firm.
Hands-on experience advising on cyber matters, including exposure to the cyber insurance market, is essential.
Experience of technically complex litigation is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-profile, factually and technically complex matters.
Excellent communication skills and a desire to work collaboratively in teams.
A genuine commitment to and enjoyment of business development.
Up-to-date knowledge of data protection regulatory changes.
Qualified under English law.
