Join a leading global incentives team advising on remuneration, share‑based and cash incentive arrangements, corporate transaction-related remuneration issues (M&A, IPOs, capital raisings) and employment tax. The team provides cross‑border, multidisciplinary advice on incentive design, governance, regulatory and disclosure matters for a diverse international client base including corporates, sponsors and financial institutions.

The role offers a mix of standalone advisory and transactional work, close collaboration with corporate, finance and disputes colleagues across jurisdictions, and exposure to high‑value, complex and sensitive remuneration matters. The team is supportive and collegiate; you will receive formal and on‑the‑job training and mentoring and be encouraged to develop commercially.

This position follows a balanced hybrid working approach with an expectation of being office‑based for around 50% of the time, subject to business needs.

  • Qualified solicitor with significant post‑qualification experience in incentives/share plans, employment tax or remuneration (law firm, accountancy, consultancy or in‑house).
  • Practical experience designing, drafting and implementing discretionary and all‑employee incentive arrangements, including LTIPs, all‑employee plans and deferred compensation.
  • Strong technical skills in tax, employment and remuneration regulation, with commercial awareness and ability to work on cross‑border matters.
  • Excellent team player with strong client communication, relationship‑building skills and a willingness to contribute to business development and knowledge‑sharing.
