Senior Associate — Insurance Litigation

Senior Associate opportunity with a leading national insurance litigation team. The role sits across construction and professional indemnity matters and is open to candidates based in Sydney or Brisbane with flexible working arrangements.

You will join a busy disputes practice handling complex construction and engineering litigation for insurer and industry clients. The role offers structured mentoring, client-facing responsibility, and opportunities to coach junior lawyers and contribute to business development.

• Law degree and current practising certificate in the relevant Australian jurisdiction
• Minimum 5 years' post-admission experience, principally in construction litigation; insurance experience highly advantageous
• Strong drafting, advocacy and client-handling skills; experience running files and attending hearings
• Ability to mentor junior lawyers, deliver workshops, and contribute to business development
