Senior Associate, Insurance — Sydney

Senior associate opportunity within a nationally recognised insurance and complex liabilities practice in Sydney. The role focuses on personal injuries and sensitive historical abuse claims, advising insurers, government and institutional clients on liability, quantum and regulatory intersections.

You will join a collaborative team, take ownership of matters, engage directly with clients, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a high‑performance practice that uses technology and innovation to drive efficient outcomes.

• Minimum 5 years post‑admission PQE in personal injury/insurance litigation
• Proven experience handling sensitive claims (historical abuse/complex tort matters)
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation processes; skilled in evidence review on liability and quantum
• Client-focused with proven matter ownership, mentoring experience and ability to work in collaborative teams
