Senior Associate, Intellectual Property (Chemistry)

Experienced IP associate opportunity within a national practice handling chemistry-focused patent work. The role covers both patent prosecution and litigation matters for clients in the life sciences and chemical sectors, working alongside senior IP practitioners on technically sophisticated matters.

The position is open across several U.S. offices (Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C.). You will join a collaborative team supporting cross-office matters and have exposure to high‑profile prosecution and contested proceedings.

• Technical background in chemistry (advanced degree preferred: PhD or MS, or equivalent industry experience)
• Substantive experience in patent prosecution and familiarity with patent litigation support

• Bar admission in the U.S. (or ability to become admitted) and excellent academic record; transcripts required as part of application
