Top-tier international law firm is seeking a senior associate to join its intellectual property litigation team in the Los Angeles office. The role focuses on patent litigation and other IP disputes for sophisticated technology clients across district court and administrative forums.

The successful candidate will work on all phases of litigation, collaborating with a team of trial-ready lawyers and interfacing with technical and business stakeholders. The position offers exposure to complex, high-stakes matters and opportunities for courtroom and advocacy experience.

Established experience in patent litigation (district court and/or administrative proceedings)
Strong briefing, motion practice and oral advocacy skills
Experience managing document discovery and working with e-discovery tools and vendors
Collaborative team player with the ability to supervise junior lawyers and coordinate with technical advisors
Juris doctor, admitted or eligible for admission to the California bar
