Senior Associate opportunity to join a well-established international investment funds and asset management practice in Luxembourg. The role involves advising on alternative investment funds and regulatory matters, supporting market-leading transactions and client work across asset management.

The team seeks a pragmatic, analytically strong lawyer with excellent drafting and communication skills and an international mindset. The office offers exposure to cross-border matters and collaboration with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.

5–6 years' post-qualification experience in an investment funds practice at a recognized law firm
Excellent knowledge of alternative investment funds regulatory environment
Strong analytical skills, pragmatic approach and excellent drafting and communication skills
Admitted to List I, List II or List IV of the Luxembourg Bar
LL.M., MAS or J.D. preferred; outstanding academic credentials
Fluent English and French; German and/or Luxembourgish an asset
