Senior Associate / Lawyer — Insurance Litigation (Melbourne)

Join a national insurance litigation team in Melbourne handling general liability, personal injury and WorkCover matters. The role offers exposure to public‑liability and related defence work for government, health and community sector respondents and self‑insured clients.

You will manage day‑to‑day files, draft pleadings and advices, conduct defence work and appear in court as appropriate, working with senior lawyers who provide supervision and mentoring. The team emphasises collaboration, professional development and career progression.

• Qualified lawyer admitted in Australia with circa 2+ years' post‑admission experience
• Private practice litigation experience in personal injury, general liability and/or WorkCover matters
• Ability to manage files day‑to‑day, draft clear written advice and appear in court
• Strong organisation, communication skills and a client‑service mindset; team‑oriented
