Top-tier national finance team seeks a Senior Associate (5–7 years) to join its Leveraged Finance / Private Credit practice in Miami. The role focuses on sponsor-backed acquisition financings, cash-flow and asset-based lending, mezzanine and subordinated debt, and complex multi-lender and intercreditor arrangements.

Successful candidates will take ownership of transactions, work closely with lenders and sponsors, negotiate documentation, and drive deals to closing in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Work includes cross-border and multi-currency financings, liability management and amendment/waiver matters, refinancings, and structured solutions.

5–7 years' experience in leveraged finance/private credit transactions
Proven experience representing lenders, private credit funds, BDCs or non‑bank lenders on sponsor-backed and syndicated financings
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on credit agreements, intercreditor documents, security documentation and related transaction documents
Comfort managing deals end-to-end and working with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Juris Doctor and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
