Associate — Corporate Finance (United States, multiple offices)

Top-tier national corporate practice is seeking a 3rd–5th year Associate to join its Corporate Advisory (Corporate Finance) team. This is a multi-office U.S. role with hiring in select major cities; candidates should be open to placement in one of the firm’s U.S. offices.

The role focuses on corporate and transactional matters in the finance and banking space; associates will work on a range of financing transactions, support deal execution, and draft key documents.
