Senior Associate role in a top-tier corporate M&A team based in Sydney, focused on complex public and private transactions with an emphasis on real assets and infrastructure. The team regularly works on cross-border deals and fund-related matters.

You will work closely with partners and other senior advisers to lead significant transactions, advise on fund formations, restructures and capital raisings, and support listed and unlisted deals. The role involves direct client engagement, matter management and mentoring junior lawyers.

2–4 years post-qualification experience with solid M&A exposure (public and private)
Experience or interest in real assets, infrastructure and fund-related work, including fund formation and capital raisings
Familiarity with laws applicable to managed investment schemes or similar regulated investment vehicles
Proven ability to manage client relationships, coordinate deal teams and prioritise competing matters
Demonstrated leadership/mentoring experience and a collaborative, high-performance mindset
Experience at a top-tier or reputable mid-tier firm preferred
Right to work in Australia (must hold required visas/approvals if not a citizen or permanent resident)
