Senior Associate — Planning & Environment, Sydney

Join a growing Planning & Environment team advising both public sector and private developer clients on litigation, advisory and contractual matters. The team handles a wide range of planning and environmental work, with a collaborative culture and increasing volume of high‑quality matters.

The role will involve Land and Environment Court litigation, statutory interpretation and regulatory advice, drafting planning and works‑in‑kind agreements, and tailored projects for government clients. You will work under senior lawyers and contribute to substantive written advice and court work.

• Minimum 2 years post‑admission experience in planning, environment or related public law (PAE)
• Demonstrable litigation exposure or strong interest in Land and Environment Court matters
• Excellent legal research, statutory interpretation and drafting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a small supportive team and manage client instructions
