Join a national Professional Indemnity team handling a broad mix of professional, financial and management liability matters. The role involves defending civil liability claims, advising on coverage and regulatory issues, and managing complex multi‑party disputes for insurers and corporate clients.

You will run your own files on a varied caseload (litigated and pre‑action), advise on policy trigger and coverage issues, and support on regulatory/disciplinary matters and strategic matters alongside senior colleagues.

The team works across UK offices and acts for insurers, syndicates and regulated professionals; the role offers exposure to high‑quality, market‑leading professional liability work and opportunities to develop a profile in the insurance market.

Minimum c.4 years PQE (candidates around this level will be considered)
Proven experience in professional indemnity/financial lines and coverage disputes
Knowledge of FCA regulation and FOS procedure; experience on financial lines matters
Strong technical drafting, case strategy and file management skills; ability to run matters independently
Practising certificate and completion of a Training Contract or equivalent qualifications
Commercial awareness and existing contacts within the insurance/financial lines market preferred
