A market-facing Projects lawyer is sought to join a national infrastructure and projects team advising public and private sector clients on complex infrastructure contracts, including PFI/PPP and related services agreements. The role involves working across sectors such as health, education, transport, energy, water/environment and regeneration.

You will provide practical, commercially focused advice on structuring and delivering infrastructure programmes, support operational contract management of existing PFI/PPP arrangements (including variations, refinancings and performance issues), and assist clients with contract expiry and hand-back issues. The team is collaborative, multi-disciplinary and focused on growth.

Commercial contracts experience, ideally with exposure to public sector infrastructure programmes (PFI/PPP).
Experience advising on operational management of PFI/PPP projects and preparing for contract expiry (hand-back) is advantageous.
Ability to provide practical, delivery-focused legal advice and to manage and lead matters commensurate with experience.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary and cross-office teams, with strong interpersonal and technical skills.
Willingness to contribute to business development and training initiatives.
