Join a national real estate team as a Senior Associate specialising in future energy. This role is open to candidates based in Bristol, Belfast, Birmingham or Manchester and focuses on clean energy transactions across wind, solar, battery storage, EV infrastructure and hydro.

The role offers responsibility for drafting option agreements and leases, conducting title and due diligence reviews, and working alongside corporate, banking, construction, planning and regulatory colleagues on financing and large-scale acquisitions/disposals. There is strong client contact, file ownership and opportunities to develop a sector specialism in renewables.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or Northern Ireland)
3–7 years post-qualification experience in real estate
Experience or demonstrable interest in future energy/renewables and leasing transactions
Skilled in drafting option agreements/leases, title due diligence and managing transactions with cross-discipline teams
Commercially aware with client-facing experience and business-development aptitude
