The team values candidates with substantial transactional experience across debt and equity matters, strong academic credentials, and prior experience at a comparable law firm. The position offers exposure to complex, high-value real estate matters handled for institutional clients.

Senior associate level (candidates from class years ~2018 and later with equivalent senior experience)
Significant transactional real estate experience — real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures
Experience acting for borrowers and/or lenders; debt or equity-focused experience is a plus
Strong academic record and prior experience at a peer or national firm preferred
