Apply in confidence →Experienced structured finance lawyer sought for a US-based securitization role within a global trade finance practice. The team advises banks, funds and other financial institutions on transactions involving trade receivables, inventory and trade-related assets.
Work will focus on lender-side private trade receivables securitizations, supply‑chain finance and trade receivables monetization, often with cross‑border elements and complex intercreditor, credit insurance and off‑balance sheet structuring (GAAP/IFRS) considerations. Candidates may be based in the US and placements are being considered for multiple US offices.

- Minimum ~5 years of post‑qualification experience in structured finance/securitization
- Demonstrable experience on lender‑side private trade receivables securitizations, supply‑chain finance or trade A/R monetization
- Familiarity with cross‑border financings, intercreditor arrangements, trade credit insurance and off‑balance‑sheet structuring (GAAP/IFRS)
- US bar qualification and ability to practice from the US
- Deal sheet highlighting relevant transaction experience
