Join a national Digital Economy / TMT practice as a Senior Associate based in Brisbane. You will work on a broad range of technology matters — software and systems, cloud, data and privacy, cyber incidents, commercial technology contracts, complex outsourcing and digital transformation — and collaborate with partners and specialist teams across Australia and internationally.

Law degree and admission in Australia with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in technology / cyber / privacy work
Experience drafting and negotiating technology contracts, licences, procurements, outsourcings and data/privacy documentation
Practical knowledge of privacy, cybersecurity response and relevant regulatory frameworks; experience with QITC, Security of Critical Infrastructure legislation or APRA CPS 230 is advantageous
Strong commercial judgement, excellent written and verbal communication, and proven negotiation skills
Client-focused, proactive approach with ability to work across national and international teams
