Top-tier global firm seeks an Associate or Senior Associate to join a busy commercial litigation team in Brisbane. You will work on a broad mix of commercial disputes, including matters arising from infrastructure and mining projects, consumer markets, regulatory matters, real estate, transport and government work.

The role involves drafting advices and court documents, preparing matters for hearing, attending witness conferences and mediations, briefing counsel, appearing at directions hearings, and mentoring junior lawyers. The team offers structured support, clear career progression and flexible working arrangements.

Minimum 3+ years PQE in commercial litigation with experience across a range of dispute types.
Strong drafting, advocacy preparation and analytical skills; experience preparing affidavits and witness statements.
Commercially minded with excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development initiatives.
