A Brisbane-based opportunity has arisen for a commercial litigation lawyer with 3–5 years of post-admission experience to join a growing dispute resolution and litigation team within a national practice group.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of complex commercial disputes across sectors including property, media, technology, mining, energy and resources, competition and consumer law, and intellectual property. Clients include national and international corporates, listed companies, SMEs, private companies and individuals.

Working closely with clients and experienced partners, the successful candidate will handle matters spanning contractual and commercial disputes, property and leasing disputes, corporations and insolvency issues, regulatory and administrative law, and IT and intellectual property litigation.

3–5 years of post-admission experience in general commercial litigation.
