A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced commercial disputes lawyer to join its dynamic litigation practice in Brisbane. The team handles a diverse and engaging mix of disputes, acting for state and federal governments, regulated entities, listed companies, and SMEs.

You will work closely with a partner and a broader team of lawyers and paralegals across a critical, complex matter for the Commonwealth Government, with direct client engagement and the opportunity to work both autonomously and collaboratively. 2–4 years' post-admission experience as a commercial litigator in a well-regarded litigation practice
Excellent communication, analytical, research, and drafting skills
Proven ability to manage workflows under pressure and delegate appropriately
Experience engaging with individual, corporate, and government clients, with the ability to build trusted relationships
Capability to supervise, motivate, and develop junior lawyers and paralegals
Hold or be eligible to hold a Baseline Security Clearance
Prior experience in investigations and/or government disputes is advantageous but not essential
