Senior associate opportunity in a national technology transactions and licensing group. The role focuses on structuring, drafting and negotiating complex IP licensing, collaboration, distribution, services and development agreements—with particular exposure to life‑sciences and biotechnology transactions.

The position is multi‑office: you will work with deal teams across U.S. offices and collaborate closely with corporate, IP, regulatory and tax lawyers on cross‑disciplinary matters, including international transactions.

4–5 years post‑qualification experience in technology transactions or licensing
Proven experience drafting and negotiating IP licensing, collaboration, distribution, services and development agreements
Experience advising life‑sciences or biotechnology clients preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills; ability to work across offices and practice groups
Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and admission to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction
