Senior Commercial Litigation Associate/Counsel — Commercial Litigation

National law firm is seeking a senior commercial litigation associate or counsel to join a multi-office US litigation practice. The role is open across multiple offices and will sit on a team handling complex commercial disputes across sectors.

The successful candidate will manage litigation matters from discovery through trial preparation, draft pleadings and dispositive motions, handle hearings, and work closely with partners and clients. There is opportunity to supervise junior lawyers and contribute to practice development.

• Admitted to practice in at least one US jurisdiction
• Established commercial litigation experience with strong drafting, motion practice and discovery skills
• Comfortable handling hearings, depositions and trial preparation
• Proven ability to work collaboratively on multi-office teams and to mentor junior lawyers
