Senior counsel opportunity in a busy litigation defense team handling general liability and insurance-related matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, uninsured/underinsured motorist defense, premises and transportation claims, and related employment and property disputes.

The role involves all stages of civil litigation: taking depositions, attending hearings and mediations, drafting pleadings, motions and discovery, conducting legal research, developing case strategies, preparing for and participating in trial/mediation, and providing regular, clear reporting to insurance carrier clients and insureds.

Admission to practice in Washington State.
10+ years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on defense/insurance matters.
Proven experience with depositions, hearings, motion practice, and trial/mediation preparation.
Strong legal research, drafting, oral advocacy, organizational and case-management skills.
