Senior counsel opportunity within a litigation defence team handling a broad range of liability and insurance matters, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death, uninsured/underinsured motorist defence, premises and transportation claims, and related employment and property disputes.

The role involves courtroom and pretrial work: taking depositions, attending hearings and mediations, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery and document review, conducting legal research, and preparing cases for trial. You will also lead investigations, develop case strategies, and report to insurer clients and insureds.

Admitted to practice in Washington State
10+ years of civil litigation experience, with a strong background in insurance defence
