Senior Counsel, Insurance Coverage — Seattle

Senior counsel role joining a national insurance coverage litigation team based in Seattle. The position focuses on insurance coverage analysis and litigation, including drafting coverage opinions, defending bad-faith and coverage disputes, and managing matters across Washington and other U.S. jurisdictions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include legal research and writing, preparing pleadings and motions, attending depositions/hearings/mediations, and leading client communications. The role expects proactive case management and collaboration with claims teams and outside counsel.

• Admission to practice in Washington State.
• Experience in insurance coverage litigation or commercial litigation with a demonstrated interest in coverage work.
