Senior associate role within a busy structured and asset-backed finance team in New York. The position involves working on complex, fast-paced financings including warehouse lending, forward flow arrangements, whole loan transfers, repurchase agreements and related securitization matters.

You'll join a collaborative finance practice with frequent client-facing responsibilities and opportunities to manage transaction components and junior lawyers. The team values practical, commercial advice and strong teamwork.

5+ years' experience in asset-backed/structured finance (warehouse, forward flow, whole-loan transfers, repos, securitization-related work)
Admitted to the New York bar
Proven ability to manage transaction components and supervise associates
Strong academic credentials and prior Big Law experience; excellent drafting and client-facing skills
