Experienced insurance coverage litigator role in a global insurance-focused practice. The team handles complex commercial insurance coverage disputes; the position involves drafting coverage opinions, pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery, and supporting or conducting depositions and court appearances.

At least 7 years of relevant insurance coverage and litigation experience
Proven ability to analyze coverage issues and draft coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions
Experience conducting and managing discovery in complex commercial coverage matters
Comfort with taking/defending depositions and attending court conferences; oral advocacy experience a plus
Admission and good standing in Pennsylvania or New Jersey (additional state admissions a plus)
