We are seeking a creative, commercially minded senior lawyer to join a dedicated technology-focused team supporting a single large client on a virtual basis. The role centres on managing a broad range of commercial contracts with an emphasis on technology, outsourcing and related IP matters.

The team operates alongside a national TMT practice and the client’s in-house legal function, offering greater ownership of contracts, variety of matters and flexible working arrangements. The role is open to candidates seeking full-time or part-time hours.

Qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE
Strong experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including technology and outsourcing agreements
Awareness of IP issues as they relate to technology contracts
Advanced drafting and legal research skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
Background in private practice and/or in-house counsel experience preferred
Excellent communication, client-service orientation and ability to manage competing deadlines
