Join a UK-wide non-contentious construction team supporting developers, owners, contractors, lenders and project companies on domestic and international projects. The role is open to candidates based in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Milton Keynes and is offered on a hybrid working basis.

This position is for an ambitious 2–5 PQE associate who will support and lead on a range of real estate, energy, transport and infrastructure transactions. You will work across cross-office teams, run individual matters and contribute to client relationships while benefiting from structured career development and mentoring.

2–5 years PQE in construction or related practice areas
Scottish or English qualification preferred
Experience with standard construction contracts, consultant appointments and collateral warranties
Familiarity with real estate, energy or infrastructure sector work desirable
Strong drafting, project management and client-facing skills; interest in business development
