We are recruiting an Associate or Senior Associate to join a busy real estate finance team, with opportunities across multiple UK offices. The role is full-time with flexible/hybrid working and suits a Scottish-qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.

Day-to-day work includes acting on real estate lending transactions for lender clients, conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating finance documents, managing files through to completion and handling post-completion formalities. The role offers early responsibility, client contact and scope for business development.

The team sits within a large national real estate practice offering cross-jurisdictional work across the UK. You will have opportunities to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, sector-focused group.

Scottish-qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in real estate finance or lending
Experience handling due diligence, drafting and negotiating security and loan documentation
Strong commercial awareness, organisation and client-facing skills
Ability to run files with minimal supervision and support junior lawyers
