Commercial banking and finance team seeking an associate to join a well-established UK practice. The role offers exposure to a broad range of financing work including real estate finance, project and infrastructure finance, acquisition and corporate banking, fund and asset-backed finance, and derivatives.

You will work on domestic and cross-border transactions for borrowers, lenders and public-sector bodies across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, real estate and financial services. The team emphasises mentorship, formal training and exposure to varied deal types.

Relevant experience on banking & finance matters (real estate finance, project finance, acquisition finance, fund or asset‑backed finance desirable)
Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (SRA) or solicitor/advocate qualified in Scotland (Law Society of Scotland)
Strong transaction drafting and negotiation skills; comfortable working on cross‑border matters
Ability to collaborate within a team and manage client relationships on mid-to-high value mandates
