Experienced pensions lawyer (8+ years PQE) sought to join a national pensions team that operates across multiple UK offices. The role offers a mix of day-to-day advisory work and complex projects, with significant drafting responsibility and involvement in risk-transfer and other specialist exercises.

The post sits in a collaborative, supportive team where you will work closely with senior colleagues on key clients, provide supervision to more junior lawyers and manage your own caseload. The team uses technology to enable cross-office working and places strong emphasis on culture, inclusion and professional development.

Approximately 8+ years PQE in pensions law (guide only)
Proven experience advising on occupational pension schemes (DB and DC)
Experience drafting deeds and scheme documentation and supporting risk-transfer / project work
Ability to manage a varied caseload, meet deadlines and work with limited supervision
Proven ability to supervise and mentor more junior team members
Strong client-facing skills and up to date knowledge of pensions law and regulation
