Senior Legal Adviser role within a leading employment, pensions and remuneration practice. This hands-on, commercially focused position will support lawyers across matters, help shape knowledge resources, and contribute to business development and client-facing work.

The role emphasises practical legal guidance, coaching of junior colleagues, and driving innovation in service delivery, including the use of AI and legal technology to improve efficiency and outputs.

This is a part-time role (three days per week) with flexible working arrangements and close collaboration with other legal advisers and the wider legal operations function.

Minimum 5 years' relevant legal experience (law firm or equivalent), preferably in employment, pensions and/or remuneration
Broad, up-to-date knowledge of Dutch employment, pensions and remuneration law
Proven ability to support lawyers as a practical adviser and to contribute to pitches and business development
Strong drafting and communication skills in English; working knowledge of Dutch
Experience mentoring or coaching junior lawyers and working collaboratively across teams
Comfortable with legal technology and practical use of AI tools to enhance service delivery
