Join a multi-office UK legal technology team building and deploying AI‑enabled solutions that change how legal work is delivered. This role sits at the intersection of law, product design and implementation: translating legal expertise into structured, scalable workflows and prototypes that embed into day‑to‑day practice.

You will work with practice groups, knowledge and IT colleagues to design, configure and deploy AI, automation and document workflows across the firm, drive adoption, measure impact and iterate on live solutions. The role combines hands‑on solution build with stakeholder engagement, vendor collaboration and governance responsibilities.

Qualified lawyer or equivalent legal domain experience
Proven experience configuring and implementing legal technology solutions, including document automation and workflow/no‑code tools
Strong understanding of AI applications in legal workflows and experience with AI‑enabled systems
Experience working with structured data, integrations and taxonomy/ontology design desirable
Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills and experience driving adoption of enterprise systems
