A Senior or Principal Associate is sought for a well‑regarded capital markets team in London. The role involves advising listed companies, investment funds, fund managers and financial institutions on a broad range of equity capital markets and corporate finance transactions.

Work will include IPOs, secondary fundraisings, placings, rights issues, stock exchange listing and governance matters, listed investment fund work and regulatory advice for FCA‑regulated clients. The position offers transaction management responsibility, cross‑border coordination and opportunities to mentor junior lawyers.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
Minimum 4 years' PQE in corporate, capital markets or financial services practice
Proven experience on equity capital markets transactions (IPOs, placings, secondary fundraisings)
Strong drafting, transaction management, client‑handling and business development skills
