The role involves advising developers, contractors, funders, public-sector bodies and corporates on complex delay, defect, insurance and building-safety related disputes, with opportunities to work across multi-disciplinary teams and international matters. - Minimum 4 years' PQE in construction dispute resolution or closely related practice
- Proven ability to provide pragmatic, commercial advice on complex disputes
- Experience or interest in building safety, insurance-related claims and international arbitration desirable
- Strong drafting, advocacy support, negotiation, time-management and interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with clients under appropriate supervision
