Senior / Principal Associate, Restructuring & Insolvency — London

Join a London-based non-contentious Restructuring & Insolvency team advising on the full range of rescue, insolvency and distressed finance matters. The role involves acting for lenders, creditors, insolvency practitioners and companies on restructurings, enforcement and contingency planning.

You will work on administrations, liquidations, pre-pack solutions, security review and enforcement strategy, and distressed banking documentation. The team offers strong training, exposure to a wide range of distressed finance work and long‑term career development within an international firm.

• Qualified solicitor with solid Restructuring & Insolvency experience.
• Experience advising lenders, creditors, insolvency practitioners and corporates on non‑contentious insolvency matters (administrations, liquidations, pre‑packs, security review).
• Technical knowledge of insolvency, recovery/restructuring, security and distressed banking documentation (standstill agreements, waivers, defaults).
• Strong client communication skills and a commitment to business development within the restructuring community.
