A senior solicitor role within a Digital Legal Delivery team supporting corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, high-volume contract work and transactional due diligence. The team combines legal, project management, process design and technology to deliver efficient, data-intensive solutions for clients.

You'll supervise and train junior lawyers and legal analysts, lead scoped projects, work with legal technology (including AI-assisted tools), and support pricing, budgeting and client-facing materials. The role involves collaboration across teams and contribution to the development of legal processes and know-how.

Qualified solicitor or barrister (England & Wales, Northern Ireland or South Africa; other common law jurisdictions considered with willingness to requalify if required)
Minimum 3 years' PQE, predominantly in corporate/commercial practice (exceptions considered with supporting statement)
Proven experience supervising and supporting junior legal teams
Practical interest or experience with legal technology, document automation or AI-assisted tools (desirable)
