Experienced corporate solicitor opportunity to join a global, cross-border reorganisations and integrations team based in Belfast. The role involves advising on reorganisations, integrations, corporate and securities transactional matters and supporting multijurisdictional, high-value projects.

You will work as part of project teams across multiple jurisdictions, acting as a country/regional coordinator on transactions, drafting corporate documentation, and collaborating with legal project managers and legal technology colleagues to deliver efficient, high-quality client service.

Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales with demonstrable corporate experience
Experience on reorganisations, integrations, corporate or securities transactions and multijurisdictional projects
Strong drafting, analytical and document-review skills; able to advise on risk and practical mitigation
Proven teamwork skills and ability to work independently across global project teams
Commercial awareness, client-focused approach and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication and organisation skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online research tools
