We are seeking an experienced corporate solicitor to join a global practice supporting complex, often cross-border corporate transactions. The role involves drafting corporate documentation, managing large-scale due diligence exercises, preparing due diligence reports and acting as a local coordinator on multijurisdictional matters.

You will work closely with multiple internal practice groups and project teams, including lawyers, legal project managers and legal-technology colleagues, to deliver pragmatic, commercially-focused advice to demanding deadlines. There is scope to contribute to process improvement, legal tech initiatives and other non-billable projects that enhance service delivery.

Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales
Proven corporate experience, including M&A, securities or cross-border transactions
Experience drafting corporate documents and running due diligence projects
Strong commercial awareness, client-focused approach and excellent written and oral communication
Ability to work independently and as part of international project teams; good organisational skills and deadline management
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online legal research tools
