Join a leading international corporate team in Belfast as a newly qualified solicitor. You will work on a broad range of corporate matters, frequently multijurisdictional and high-value, supporting cross-border transactions, integrations, reorganisations and capital markets work.

The role involves working on due diligence, drafting corporate and commercial documentation, and contributing to project-managed matter delivery alongside lawyers, legal project managers and legal tech specialists across an international network. There are also opportunities to contribute to process improvement and development of innovative service delivery.

Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales (Newly Qualified)
Commercial or corporate/M&A experience desirable but not essential
Strong written and verbal communication, commercial awareness and client-focused approach
Comfortable working in project teams, managing priorities and meeting deadlines; proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
