Senior Solicitor position within a Digital Legal Delivery team supporting a market-leading finance practice. The role is UK-remote and involves handling securitisation, structured finance, project and infrastructure finance, real estate finance and leveraged finance matters, working closely with onshore finance teams and clients.

You will act as a senior fee-earner on discrete pieces of legal work, build and maintain client relationships, supervise more junior team members, contribute to business development and help improve delivery through process and legal-technology solutions. Limited UK travel may be required.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Northern Ireland (other common-law jurisdictions considered; willing to requalify in England & Wales if required)
Minimum c.3 years' relevant PQE in finance transactions
Practical experience in financing transactions (securitisation/structured finance, project finance, leveraged finance or related areas)
Strong drafting, negotiation, project management and supervisory skills; familiarity with legal technology and process improvement
UK-based; must not reside in Northern Ireland and should live at least ~100 miles from central London (role is location-agnostic otherwise)
